Question: I just rec'd the Wow 2 and there is no info in there at all about the product at all and I cannot figure out how to put the batteries in. Can you help at all on this one? Answer: I know it looks a little tricky but it's actually pretty easy. There are two "tabs" on either side of the pink base and gently pull down on these while your other hand holds the vibe. This will expose the battery pack. Replace the batteries like the illustration on the battery pack and then slide the pack in, making sure you hear a "click" which will mean the battery pack has been inserted properly. So there you go! Have fun with the WOW!
