After inspecting your product I found the quality was very poor. After opening my order I inspected the snaps and found they would not stay snapped. The product was hard, not soft like advertised. I contacted your customer service and they happily replaced my order. After receiving your 2nd shipment, I found the same problems with the snaps. Your customer service department was great. Not so happy with the quality of your product.
