Used this one time and the seal at the bottom ripped....no, I'm not that big and I used ample lubrication...its just too thin for the application. My reccomendation...pass this one by.

But so far it's been temporary.I had to cut the sleeve back about two inches in order to fit my penis in the sleeve.The opening was way too small,and the tight fit was very painfull.Removing the sleeve works too,but the pump digs into your skin more then I can put up with.Over all though with patience I've increased my lenth by one inch,and the width by 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch,but after awhile it goes back to its' normal size.But I'm not discouraged,it's fun watching my dick get huge,even if it's temporary.

The black sleeve that you see in the picture is what makes this pump better than the 3 other pumps that I have tried. First off, it keeps your testicles from being pulled in so no pain discomfort there. Secondly, it is great at maintaining the vacuum with little or no leaking. The best way to use it is to rinse the sleeve and opening of the tube so no lube is on it (the lube makes it leak between sleeve and tube). Then use lots of lube on your shaft and around it to seal well there. I can pump it and it will hold the vacuum for several minutes before needing another pump. It sure beats constantly squeezing the hand pump.

Okay , I am very confortable with my size ;however, when it comes to my women it is nice to give her a change in the sack . I have erectile dysfunction and was looking for an alternative to pills. I am laid off and don't have insurance right now. I purchased this pump to try out the pumping thing, thought it might work. This was the first pump I have used and I will tell you truthfully that it will make you hard and large. The seal leaves something to be desired but I plan on buying a silicone ring for it. It would be nice if the hose was long enough to put down on the table or something so it wouldnt be pulling down on the pump after you get pumped up. Overall it performs as expected.

This very affordable pump worked better then expected. The ruler built in is a nice feature. You can see the difference and she can feel the difference. The erection ring keeps the pump effects (as discribed).
