Disappointing, July 9, 2012
Only provides suction if cock is inserted all the way up to the base, and even then the only suction is right at the base. No suction along the shaft or on the head. Not what I expected of a blow-job simulator.

Not Worth The Batteries You Put In., July 9, 2012
The sqeeze bulb (attached poorly) is useless. There is no means of creating any suction due to the design of the base. Mine went in the trash.
