Six years ago, I had prostate cancer surgery. My cancer was so advanced that they had to to cut the nerves in the area and left me totally impotent. This has been worst thing in my life, considering I was perfectly able to attain full erections. After the surgery, it went basically to zero! It has been a long strugle.
