I am new to the bigger toys, and at first glance this really didnt seem all that big around (I like width, not length). I am not sure if it was the shape of the head or the size, but it was a bit of a struggle in the beginning to get it in. I knew I wanted it, so after about two weeks I ended up loving it. I was not a fan of the suction cup though, mine did not work at all, especially because I cant take the length so it just ended up falling. I had to hold it the entire time which took some of the fun out.
