Use the restroom before placing the balls in the vagina. 2. Insert one ball at a time. Putting lubrication on the balls will help them glide in. Women have said that inserting the balls is similar to inserting a tampon. If you’re not used to inserting tampons or if you’re having trouble, you should lift one leg up. If that doesn’t work, try inserting them while lying down. 3. Squeeze your leg muscles together and then your PC muscles together to hold the balls in. The balls should push down a little bit inside your vagina, and they will make your vagina feel “full”. Much like tampons, you should eventually get used to the feeling. 4. Hold the balls inside for at least 15 minutes a day to strengthen your PC muscles. You can hold them in for hours for a better workout. 5. If any balls slip out, wash them well with soap and water and slip them back in. 6. There are several ways to remove the balls including: jump up and down, sneeze, cough, sit and bear down as if you’re having a bowel movement, insert lubricant to help them slide out, etc. If you think you might have a hard time removing the balls, then you may want to purchase balls that are strung onto a retrieval cord. In any case, it is not possible for the balls to disappear inside the body from the vagina.

This Product Didn't Work Well For Me., October 4, 2012
Well the idea sounded great, however, when i finally received the studded 2" ball I was unable to fit the glass ball inside me. The pleasure nubs made the ball even larger than 2". I wish I had read the review and comment section before purchasing. This was a pricey mistake, however, I did like the discrete billing and packaging. I still will continue to purchase products from this company. But, now I know I need to pay more attention to reading the reviews.

This was shaped exactly as described. But is much bigger than described. There is no way this will fit. The description says "Women have said that inserting the balls is similar to inserting a tampon". I've been using tampons for over 20 years and I've had no success in inserting this. Total waste of money. Great concept, just needs to be about 1/2 the size.

Better Instructions Needed, July 17, 2012

While the website does provide the circumference of the Big Ball to be 2 inches, the product has only copied the instructions specific for the Ben Wa balls - a set of two. This is only one ball and I am assuming that you would only use one as it does have studs on the glass ball and would probably NOT be compatible to use two of these balls at one time. The deeper part of the vagina feels mostly pressure the deeper the ball is inserted. Once the ball was in, it was difficult to feel it at times until I moved. Perhaps better instructions could be written on this product that is specific to the use of this one ball. There was also a review of one couple leaving the ball in while having sex. While this was somewhat more pleasurable for my husband as he bumped into the device, it felt quite busy for me to leave in during sex. If Kegel excercises is what you're looking for, then consider going to Jopen's 2012 award winner "Intensity." There must be a reason why it won the award and we're fixing to find out!

This is so cute, I cant believe that I tried other items for Kegel exercisers, This by far beats everything on the market. The BIG BALL is the best sextoy ever created. LOVE IT!!!
